Lets start off with a restaurant that represents were my family is from.
Bar Paya introduces Contemporary Peruvian Cuisine to New York. Utilizing the freshest ingredients available, we build upon the foundation of Peru’s talented chefs and multi-cultural influences to serve foods that are vibrant, creative and compatible with New World Wines and Cocktails. Our downtown New York City location, designed with natural woods, stone and metals, and a bright open kitchen, provides the ideal setting for this new concept. Like the cuisine itself, Bar Paya’s dining experience is updated, clean and high energy. Bar Paya devotes a great deal of energy toward the preparation of foods that are true to Peruvian tradition, while adapting them to New York’s ingredients. Through the introduction to this flavorful cuisine, we hope to encourage more diners to enjoy one of the world’s most exciting cuisines.
